A 200m² shop with no stock, no tills and no staff behind a counter. Everything is ordered from the room and arrives the next morning.

Removing inventory from a shop removes most of what a shop is for. What is left is a room for deciding — which turns out to need more space, better light and far fewer things than a normal store.
